Where is my order??

Current lead time for orders being shipped is up to 1-5 days, depending on how busy the order queue currently is, the five day mark is for particularly busy periods and orders are usually sent much quicker :) Shipping comes with tracking as standard, and once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order easily.

 Is your packaging recyclable??

Yes!! All of our packaging is paper or card based and can be recycled, with exception of the celo bags, which are made from recyclable plastic!!

Can you draw xyz character/my character etc

Custom commissions and drawings can be ordered via email/the contact page on the website. If you would like to request a character, I often ask for requests in my tiktok videos, so follow along over there for when it happens :) unfortunately unless it is a paid comission, I can't take everyone's requests.
